Phx Rail Food went to La Bocca downtown Tempe recently to give the Mediterannean/Italian eatery another visit — just three blocks from the Mill/3rd Ave rail station. Jess Harter of Mouth By Southwest shared the news of singer and Americal Idol runner up, David Archuleta’s, visit last weekend. Apparently he was in town to perform, if you’re a fan, here’s the link to the signed paper cap and video from his performance.

Chef/nutritionist Michelle Dudash packed up her jeans and headed to The Greenbriar in West Virginia last week to attend the Symposium for Professional Food Writersjealous.
