Make your reservations now, pork lovers, because the all-you-can-eat Pig’s Head Dinner at Bink’s Midtown is on Sunday, July 26.
Last year, the event sold out, so if you want a seat you’d better act fast.
For those who don’t remember, here’s the deal: James Beard Award-nominated chef Kevin Binkley will host a Pig’s Head feast that includes a slow-cooked pig’s head along with 16 side dishes for $28 a person. And that’s for all the pig’s head and sides that you can eat. (You can check out the complete menu below.)
The event will go from noon to 4 p.m. at Bink’s Midtown in Phoenix and reservations are required. Call 602-388-4874 to reserve your spot.
Will you step up to support New Times this year?
At New Times, we’re small and scrappy — and we make the most of every dollar from our supporters. Right now, we’re $17,250 away from reaching our December 31 goal of $30,000. If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of New Times, now’s the time to give back.
Oh, and if you can’t make it on Sunday, don’t despair. The restaurant also hosts a weekly whole pig roast called Pig on the Patio.
