Pink Taco closed its three-year-old Scottsdale location today, with plans to expand its operations in Southern California.
That’s okay, California can have ’em. I just took a look at a review I did of the Scottsdale Waterfront eatery a couple of years ago, when they were already trying to revamp their shaky menu, and I was reminded of why I never returned.
