Now here’s a birthday bash we can sink our teeth into: Joshua Hebert, sweetbreads guru and owner and chef of Posh, the contemporary American restaurant tucked into the Optima Camelview condos, is celebrating his 35th birthday from 6 to 8:30 p.m., tomorrow night, Tuesday, October 4, with a “My Favorite Things” coursed menu and extended happy hour.
Although Hebert is still creating the three to five course menu, I’m told some of his favorite dishes may include wild mushroom with egg yolk, oysters and white Bordeaux, and a white chocolate dessert, along with $3.50 beers, three wine varieties at $5 per glass, 3-ounce cocktails for $5, and cocktail flights three for $15.
The cost of attending Hebert’s birthday soiree is $35 plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 480-663-7674 or by going here.
