What happens when locally farmed food meets with Josh Hebert, owner and chef of Posh, the restaurant of improvisational cuisine tucked into the Optima Camelview condos in Scottsdale? Mostly, a lot of clean plates.
Which may be why from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Monday, April 30, Hebert and Chow Locally, the online marketplace of seasonal food sourced from local farmers and ranchers, will be teaming up to treat guests to a four-course Locavore Dinner featuring ingredients sourced from local farmers.
In fact, some well-known farmers from around the Valley are expected to attend the event and discuss ingredients and farming in Arizona.
Representatives from local farms Maya’s Farm, Blue Sky Organic Farms, and Agritopia have been confirmed for the Locavore Dinner.
