Will it be the gourmet panini restaurant, inspired by Ino in New York City, that he’d been trying to open before the economy took a dive? Or will it be an entirely new concept?
It remains to be seen, but Prado general manager Pavle Milic — one of the city’s best-known front of the house personalities, who left Digestif this past spring to work at the upscale Spanish-inspired restaurant at the InterContinental Montelucia — will soon be venturing out on his own. According to the Republic, his last day will be November 15.
Considering Milic’s background working at some of this city’s best restaurants, we’re sure his new spot will be one to watch.
