In case you’re not already up on the details about the event, here’s what you need to know: Next Saturday, June 25, New Times is hosting the inaugural Sips and Sweets, a sugar-filled fest that will bring together 10 of the Valley’s top mixologists and about a bakers’ dozen of candy makers, pastry chefs, pie makers, and more. Attendees will get to sip and sample their way through a selection of cocktails and confections, as well as check out a vendor village and listen to tunes from a duo of local DJs.
Tickets to the event cost $25 in advance and $30 at the door — but this weekend, when you purchase your ticket, you’ll get another one free. To get the deal, just visit the Sips and Sweets Ticketfly page and select the “National Candy Month” offer.
General admission includes unlimited sweets tastings and 10 samples of cocktails, wine, and beer.

Sips and Sweets is a 21-and-over event, and runs from 3 to 6 p.m. on June 25. The event will be held at The Vintage 45 in downtown Phoenix.
