April wasn’t quite the harsh month for restaurant closures that March was, but I’m holding my breath now that summer’s coming. Surely any struggling restaurant would try to at least make it through the busiest part of the tourist season, so from here on out, it’ll be interesting to see which places start throwing in the towel for the summer slowdown
Pho Bang bit the dust recently, as did Ten Sushi. And what’s going on with Citrus Cafe, recently redubbed Andrew’s New American? With chef-owner Andrew Paparella Jr.’s arrest, that place has got to be in limbo. Also, along with the suspension of operations at the CopperWynd resort, the hotel’s eatery, Alchemy, is also closing down.
