At 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, selections of Ridge wines and sashimi, robata favorites will meet at Roka Akor in Scottsdale for the Ridge Wine Dinner 2011.
Along with various wine pairings, the five-course meal includes hirame blueberry pockets, bluefin sashimi and duck proscuitto, and robata grilled lamb cutlets with Korean spices.
