Restaurateur Sam Fox’s reach into the dining world at the Biltmore Fashion Park is expanding.
In addition to True Food Kitchen, his healthy eating concept, and the wine and burger bar Zinburger, Fox will be opening his third restaurant at the high-end shopping center later this year: the modern Mexican eatery Blanco Tacos + Tequila.

Taking over the former space of Ling & Louie’s Kitchen, the upscale Asian bar and grill which shuttered after only six months, Blanco Tacos + Tequila will be the first Phoenix location of Fox’s small Arizona chain (the first Blanco opened in Tucson in 2007 followed shortly by a location at Scottsdale’s Borgata in 2008).

Blanco Tacos + Tequila features a menu of updated familiar Mexican foods such as tacos, enchiladas, and queso crisps, as well as libations including margaritas, Mexican beers, and dozens of tequilas.
Open for lunch and dinner daily, the Biltmore Blanco Tacos + Tequila will offer a cantina-like setting with a walk-up window for to-go orders. For more information, go to the Fox Restaurant Concepts website.

In addition to a third location of Blanco Tacos + Tequila, two more Fox restaurants are set to open this year: a “life changing” fast-casual health restaurant (no name yet) and an “American brasserie” called the Henry. Both are located in Arcadia.
Fox shuttered Modern Steak, his contemporary steakhouse in the Scottsdale Fashion Square, in May.
