A new organic soft serve shop has opened at 7215 E. 1st Street in Old Town Scottsdale, next door to Bootlegger Modern American Smokehouse. The spot serves soft serve, shakes, and sundaes as well as specialties such as the Vanutzel, a blend of vanilla soft serve, hazelnut Nutella, and chopped chocolate covered pretzels.

According to the Shakes and Cones website, the shop is serving chocolate and vanilla soft serve that’s “certified organic, non-GMO Project Verified, certified kosher, and gluten free.” The soft serve is contains 6 percent butterfat and is additive and preservative free.
In addition to getting your soft serve in a cup, cone, or dipped cone, you can also have it in a shake, sundae, or served over a piece of Zoë’s Kitchen’s chocolate sheet cake.
Other offerings from Shakes and Cones include coffee drinks such as lattes, espresso, cappucino, and cold brew toddy; soda floats and soda freezes; and Batch Craft Soda.
