Romeo’s shrimp Corfu, a nod to one of the largest Ionian islands off the west coast of mainland Greece, features shrimp, asparagus, scallions, red peppers, tomatoes, and capers sautéed in olive oil, white wine, garlic, and herbs, with a topping of feta cheese crumbles.
