Look! One of our favorite Starbucks drinks is now available to DIY. This is great news, as we’ve noticed that salted caramel hot cocoa has fallen off many local Starbucks menus and — horror — when we did locate it at an outpost along the I-10, on our way home from LA last month, they didn’t stock all the ingredients.
