Got a mouthwatering pie recipe that you’re dying to share with fellow cooks?
KAET Eight, the local PBS station, is accepting recipe submissions for a new cookbook, called Eight Cooks: P is for Pie. From savory meat pies and pot pies to the whole spectrum of dessert pies, they’re including every recipe that they receive. Just visit their website to participate.
As if that’s not cool enough, submit a recipe and you might just get a chance to appear on live television with Eight Cooks host and Les Gourmettes Cooking School owner Barbara Fenzl on March 6.
The deadline is Wednesday, January 27.
