Buckle up, Biltmore, because The Camby Hotel, located in the space previously occupied by The Ritz-Carlton Phoenix, is set to open doors to guests December 21 — and the new hotel will have plenty of food and drink to offer.
The Camby will feature three distinctive dining areas inside the hotel, one of which will be The Bee’s Knees, a Prohibition-era styled bar featuring low lights, comfortable lounge seating, and plenty of classic cocktails. Bartender Libby Longlott, previously of The Parlor pizzeria, reportedly will head to The Bee’s Knees, where she’ll bring her signature style of well-balanced, flavor-packed cocktails made with top-shelf ingredients.
Other dining options will include Artizen Crafted American Kitchen & Bar and Revelry Rooftop Bar, which will serve beer and margaritas, and feature ping-pong tables. Food and beverage will be led by director of culinary experiences Dushyant Singh.
Once open, snowbirds and locals alike will be able to dine at all three of The Camby’s watering holes. Prix fixe menus on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve will be available at Artizen Crafted American Kitchen & Bar.
