82: The Dragon Roll from
Stingray Sushi?=””>
We’ll be the first to admit that omakase is the best way to truly experience the delicate art of sushi, but while chef’s choice is well and good, it can be a bit extravagant when the run-of-the-mill craving strikes. When we get a hardcore hankerin’ for unagi, we jet off to Stingray Sushi for the Dragon Roll and a cup of warm sake amid the bright, bamboo-bedecked décor.
The Dragon Roll was jam packed with fresh shrimp and cucumber sticks, and topped with colorful avocado slices and bbq’ed eel arranged to look like the scales of a dragon. This pretty, jewel-toned roll was plenty enough to satisfy our cravings.
Domo arigato, Stingray Sushi!
