The Grillenium Falcon, a food truck hailing from Fayetteville, Arkansas is run by Hammontree Take Home Gourmet and sports some sweet artwork of a grilled cheese-shaped Millennium Falcon on the side (can someone start making these, please?) Featuring a selection of pun-tastic sandwiches like, “Jack to the Future,” “The Scarlet Cheddar,” and “Parmageddon,” it also offers the “Cheebacca,” a sharp white cheddar and house cheese grilled sandwich on sourdough with bacon, pulled pork, grilled onions, and garlic cilantro sauce — now that’s a Wookiee we’d kiss.
The Grillenium Falcon launched on May 22. And while we wish that the force would be with it, something tells us it won’t be long until Mr. Licensing Rights himself, George Lucas, shuts it down Death Star style.
