Over here at the Phoenix New Times, we’re big fans of flowcharts, like this one on Jackalope Ranch last week.

We found this one all about breakfast and thought it was clever and actually quite helpful when you’ve stumbled out of bed and know you should be eating something but just aren’t quite set on what to make.

It’s this visual hand holder that helps you arrive at such balanced and innovative choices as miso soup, toast with coconut oil and fruit or hot kamut with cocoa powder, pecans and figs.
