Like your breakfast with a side of charity? Then you’ll want to check out the newly opened The Joy Bus Diner in Phoenix, a completely nonprofit restaurant located at 3375 East Shea Boulevard. Proceeds generated by the breakfast and lunch destination will go to support the local nonprofit The Joy Bus, a meal-delivery service for homebound cancer patients.

The diner, which can be found on the southeast corner of Shea Boulevard and State Route 51, will be open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Sunday and will serve made-from-scratch fare such as biscuits and gravy and eggs Benedict for breakfast, and patty melts and a Rueben sandwich for lunch. You can view the complete breakfast and lunch menus below.

Founded by Jennifer Carraway in 2011, The Joy Bus aims to elevate the quality of life for homebound cancer patients with home-cooked meals delivered by friendly volunteers. Over the years, both the nonprofit and the diner have received much support from the local food community and some of the Valley’s top chefs, including Chef Clint Woods of Fox Restaurant Concepts, who taught Carraway to bake bread for the restaurant.
