Enjoy a smoked ham sandwich while listening to the acoustic stylings of the next John Mayer? If so, you’ll want to know about Potbelly Sandwich Shop, a Chicago-based, fast-casual chain with over 250 stores in several states.

The company is making its first foray into Arizona and plans to open three new locations in the Valley in the next few months.

In addition to coming-soon venues at CityScape and Seventh Avenue and McDowell (seriously, can this corner get any more chained up?), the first Potbelly to open will be in the Biltmore area in the Town and Country Shopping Center (2131 East Camelback Road.) The eatery will open on Tuesday, August 14.
