After a few months’ hiatus, popular Mill Avenue coffeehouse Three Roots is back in business, under new ownership (it didn’t go co-op after all).
Besides a fresh coat of paint, new flooring, and other repairs, the bohemian spirit of the place remains the same. Even many of the same vegan and vegetarian dishes are being offered again, although the menu now also includes a few meat options (like a roast beef sandwich), and will continue to evolve as customers give their feedback.
Current business hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily; extended hours will begin with the start of the new semester at ASU. Three Roots is located at 1020 S. Mill Ave. For more info, call 480-966-4949.
