. On Memorial Day, Valley Tilted Kilt locations will be helping raise money for a military non-profit that provides money to families of disabled or fallen veterans. So if you were ever looking for an excuse to hit up Tilted Kilt for a brew with a view, Memorial Day is the best time to do it and still feel like you’re being good.

As part of their “Here’s to the Heroes” campaign, Tilted Kilt will be selling paper dog tags for a $1 or $5 donation on Monday, May 26 through the fourth of July, displaying donated tags on the walls until then. Proceeds will go to Folds of Honor Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships for children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled while in service.

Last year, the fundraiser donated $65,706 to the non-profit, and this year the company hopes to nearly double that to $100,000, with a generous $10,000 additional donation from Anheuser Busch. All five Valley locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, and Peoria will be participating in the event.
