Last week, Jeff Kraus, owner and chef of Truckin’ Good Food (named one of the nation’s “Top 10 Most Influential Food Trucks” by the Huffington Post) launched a new concept that will bring his culinary know-how right to your front door.
Called Experience Gastro, Kraus describes it as, “a multi-sensory approach to dining that takes place in the leisure of people’s homes, businesses, or wherever else adventurous flavors are invited.”
The customized, multi-course meals from Experience Gastro will include table side service and, “a bag full of tricks that will entertain more than the sense of taste.”
Now that sounds interesting.
According to Experience Gastro’s Facebook page, Truckin’ Good Food is still in business but focused on securing a permanent location that Kraus hopes to have finalized by fall.
