Oh my, this is exciting.
Jeff Kraus, the man behind ++Experience++ and the currently-defunct Truckin’ Good Food truck (named one of the nation’s “Top 10 Most Influential Food Trucks” by the Huffington Post) tells me, after months of searching, he’s found a home for his new concept — in Tempe.
Kraus says he’ll be taking over the space at 7520 South Rural Road, (at Elliot Road) in the former home of Bunna Coffee, to open a new eatery called Crêpe Bar – sandwiches + drinks + desserts. He adds there’s a lot to do before he’ll be ready to open the doors, which he hopes will be sometime in June.
