Vino 100 in Cave Creek will be hosting a four-course wine dinner and cooking demonstration this Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.. This month’s dinner theme is “Chef Epstein’s All Time Favorite Foods” Resident Chef Stuart Epstein will be dishing out his faves including baked clams, coconut shrimp, baby back ribs and a duck confit sandwich. All guest will be able to gaze upon his culinary skills as he prepares the meal as well as take home a recipe packet to make their own gourmet dishes at home. $50 ++ per person.
