These Valley restaurants and chefs are ready to do the heavy lifting this Thanksgiving.

Just thinking about the year’s most anticipated meal is enough to make you drool. 

But the thought of hunting down the ingredients at the grocery store, and hours spent chopping, baking and babysitting pots on the stove can be exhausting enough to kill those cravings. 

However, Valley restaurants and kitchens aim to save you and your appetite by doing the heavy lifting with complete Thanksgiving meals packed and ready to impress dinner guests.

From classic individual dinners to fully-loaded family-style extravaganzas, indulging will be a breeze thanks to these feasts full of turkey, sides and dessert.

Organic turkey is the centerpiece of ZuZu’s chef-prepared family meal. Choose a whole-turkey package that serves 10-12 ($399 for seasoned, uncooked turkey; $439 for a fully cooked turkey), or a half-turkey package that serves 5-6 ($279 with a fully cooked turkey). Both options come with all the fixings: whipped potatoes, sage and giblet gravy, sweet potato gratin, stuffing, butternut squash soup, Brussels sprouts and bacon hash, cranberry chutney and dinner rolls. For dessert, choose a whole traditional pumpkin pie with maple whipped cream or pecan and dark chocolate pie ($30 each).

Orders must be placed no later than 5 p.m. on Nov. 21. Early bird orders placed by Nov. 17 will receive complimentary wine and special pricing. Meals can be picked up from the hotel valet area. Uncooked turkey dinners can be picked up between noon and 6  p.m. on Nov. 26, or between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Nov. 27. Cooked turkey meals must be picked up on Nov. 27.

Celebrate the traditional dinner with an Italian twist, thanks to The Sicilian Butcher’s feast that serves 4-6 ($180). It comes with a choice of Caesar salad or Tuscan kale and apple salad, and Nonna’s signature garlic bread. For the main course, choose between 3 pounds of slow-roasted carved turkey with a choice of traditional gravy or cranberry-port sugo, or braised lamb osso buco. Sides weigh in at 1.5 pounds each and include: roasted marble potatoes with cipollini onion, garlic and parmigiano reggiano; Italian stuffing with Italian sausage, caramelized onions and garlic and grana croutons; and whipped sweet potatoes with candied walnuts. Eight mini pumpkin cannolis are for dessert. For orders, 24-hour advance notice is required.

Fabulous Food catering’s delivery arm Fab Delivery will make hosting a breeze with a menu that serves 6-8, and features either a 16-18 pound herb-rubbed whole roasted turkey ($360) or 12-14 pounds of bone-in turkey breast ($385). Also included are: traditional gravy and herb stuffing, cranberry and zinfandel relish with cinnamon and citrus zest, green beans amandine, buttermilk and herb mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes with pecan crumble and marshmallows, dinner rolls with whipped butter and pumpkin pie with salted caramel whipped cream. Satisfy non-meat eaters at the table with Green New American Vegetarian’s annual “Thanksliving” take-and-reheat plant-based dinner ($33.95, $19.95 for ages 12 and younger). It features the popular lineup of crispy Seitan turkey breast with gravy, stuffing with organic cranberry and toasted walnuts, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, organic sweet corn with smoked paprika, fried Brussels sprouts with brown butter, a local artisan dinner roll and an organic oat and winter berry cobbler for dessert. For those hosting a crowd, Chompie’s offers two menus, each serving 12-15 people. The Traditional ($299.99) offers an extra-large oven-roasted whole turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry relish, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, homestyle green beans, dinner rolls, a 9-inch apple pie and a 9-inch pumpkin pie. The Basic ($249.99) includes an extra-large oven-roasted whole turkey, gravy, stuffing, cranberry relish, dinner rolls, a 9-inch apple pie and a 9-inch pumpkin pie. 

For solo diners, an individual dinner ($29.99) is available for dine-in and to-go orders. The individual dinner is available at Chompie’s sit-down locations from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 27.

Whether you’re hosting a quiet dinner for two or in charge of feeding a crowd, Liberty Station American Tavern offers all the classics with a multicourse feast ($40 per person). Each includes a half-pound of sliced smoked turkey, mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, gravy, bread and your choice of pumpkin or apple pie.

Orders must be placed by Nov. 23 and are available while supplies last. Pick-up times are between 3 and 5 p.m. on Nov. 26, or 11 a.m. and noon Nov. 27, and will be scheduled when orders are confirmed.
