The folks over at Boa Bistro sure are keeping busy. When they aren’t teaching you how to butcher rabbits or be a better vegetarian cook there are throwing unique wine dinners like the one coming up on May 2nd. Sunday’s dinner will be hosted by Axel Stieglmar of Juris Wines. Chef Curry will be whipping up a five-course Austrian-inspired menu and all courses will be paired up with a specially selected wine.
