Is Trevor’s a liquor store with a bar, or a bar with a liquor store? The answer to that semantic question is a “yes” to both. The luxe Valley destinations continue to offer tastes and activities that invite guests to swing by for an evening, not just for an errand. The mini-chain now has locations in Arcadia, Paradise Valley and north and south Scottsdale, many of which sport fun extras such as golf simulators, pinball machines, pizzerias and cigar lounges. Trevor’s expansive cocktail list ranges from refreshing spritzes to sturdy stirred drinks, many of which are made with the unique spirits on offer in the liquor store. Try a top-shelf margarita, a cold brew-tini or a Japanese gimlet with yuzu and plum liqueur.
