Counter Intuitive

This latest from Peter Kasperski, the owner of Cowboy Ciao and Kazimierz, mixes hooch and nibbly bites. The menu features cocktails from top-shelf Valley talents Micah Olsen and Jason Asher, served in a multi-use space equipped with the essentials of dimmed lighting and wise bartenders. The menu rotates every few months but has included drinks such as a Pimms Cup, a pineapple and rum house cocktail called the Painkiller, and something called the Cuffs and Buttons that puts the pants back on the party-prone, oft-guzzled Alabama Slammer. There’s food here, too, though like the drinks, the options change seasonally.
