The name of this downtown Phoenix bar hints at the space, which functions really as two separate concepts: Luckys Indoor and Luckys Outdoor. Inside, the vibe is all college dive bar, complete with low lighting, pool tables, twinkle lights and Skee Ball. Outside, the huge patio space includes a large deck, a grassy area with picnic tables and swinging chairs, and a food truck slinging cheesy and delicious arepas.
