It might seem hard to find locally-grown or organic produce in the West Valley but at Momma's Organic Market we can count of a wide selection of both. Every Saturday at Park West in Peoria they offer fresh, local produce as well as fresh bread and other baked goods, raw honey, jams, salsa and more. Always be sure to check their Facebook page to find out if they'll have special offerings such as farm fresh eggs, salmon, hummus or food trucks. The weekly vendors range from farmers to artisan food producers and always bring something for the entire family to enjoy. This famers marker usually makes for a fun family outing since they also host special events including yoga classes, petting zoos, pet adoptions and food demos. They shut the operation down for the summer months between June and September, but West Valley-ites are in luck: Momma's got you covered with a summer produce CSA.
