Enter Pinnacle Brewing Co., which the Wilson family opened in north Scottsdale in May 2024. Brewmaster Wyatt Wilson has a deep appreciation for classic and lesser-known European styles that he rotates onto the taps throughout the year, including crisp Czech lagers, English milds and a Great American Beer Festival award-winning marzen that’s brewed for Oktoberfest season. Those exceptional brews are what made Pinnacle our Best New Brewery of 2025. Pick your pint and pull up a seat at the bar or one of the many tables in Pinnacle’s stylish, comfortable taproom, which seamlessly flows out to a covered patio. Just about anywhere you look, there’s a TV within sight, allowing you to catch the latest scores. You won’t have to bail at halftime to grab a bite either. Pinnacle hosts Beerded BBQ at the permanent food trailer parked next to the brewery’s patio. Score!
