We’ve heard that people come from all over town to eat at this Cambodian diner, and especially for the papaya salad, made to order from mild to spicy with julienned papaya and carrots along with bits of crab. Noum Baiynchaiv crepes come filled with shrimp, pork, bean sprouts and red onions with a sweet dipping sauce. Also good: the Lok Lak beef, with chunks of marinated beef atop a bed of lettuce and slices of tomato and onion. Amok fish is a house specialty, a typical stir fry dish with a strong lemongrass flavor. Unusual desserts include jackfruit sweet rice and banana tapioca.
