A$AP Rocky, fresh off the Jan. 15 release of his new album, “Don’t Be Dumb,” has announced an accompanying world tour and plans to stop in Phoenix this summer.
The North America leg of the tour will begin on May 27 in Chicago and end on July 11 in Newark, with a stop in Phoenix at the Mortgage Matchup Center (formerly PHX Arena) on June 23.
Rocky hasn’t toured in the US since the Injured Generation Tour in 2019, though performing a sporadic series of shows and festivals since. He performed at Maya Day and Nightclub in Scottsdale in 2023, but hasn’t had a full concert stop in the Valley since before the Injured Generation tour.
The album has been received positively by critics and fans and is projected to sell over 200k units in its first week, which would undoubtedly give it a chance of debuting at No. 1.
Fans can likely expect to hear hits like “Sundress,” “Praise The Lord (Da Shine)” and “Fashion Killa,” as well as new songs including “PUNK ROCKY” and “HELICOPTER.”
