The tour is put together by Anarbor's emo-pop-rock label, Hopeless Records, through their non profit organization, Sub City, and also features Meg & Dia, Breathe Carolina, Every Avenue. It's the eighth year, for the tour, which donates money to youth-oriented charities.
Jimmy Eat World, Coheed and Cambria, Le Tigre and The Promise Ring played the first tour in 2002, but it's been downhill since then.
