Authority Zero to Perform at Marquee Before Hitting the Road With Pennywise, Pepper

Authority Zero will hit the road with punk-rockers Pennywise and Pepper for a Jagermeister tour kicking off in May. Before the band joins their friends on tour, the AZ punk-rock act will perform at Tempe's Marquee Theatre Friday, April 3 for a headlining show. The show will start at 8 p.m. and tickets are $19.

Authority Zero is currently writing their forthcoming album, which lead singer Jason
Devore recently told New Times they hope to release before year's end. If you can't wait until then, we suggest checking out Devore's solo music or his new celtic/folk/rock project The Bollox, which has been making the Irish pub circuit over the last few months and released its debut CD on St. Patrick's Day.

Support the independent voice of Phoenix and help keep the future of New Times free.

Keep Phoenix New Times Free... Since we started Phoenix New Times, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Phoenix, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
