Black Carl's album release show on Saturday, October 8 is set to help mark the opening week of Crescent Ballroom (which seriously, no one seems to be able to quit talking about).
This soulful local band returns to Phoenix after a brief west coast tour to celebrate the release of The Hanged Man & The Magician, a double 7" of new songs available on colored vinyl.
These EPs are the second in Black Carl's Record Club, a series of 7" named after tarot cards available to subscribers for a nominal fee.
All records include new material recorded with Bob Hoag at Flying Blanket Studios. The Black Carl Record Club will release its fourth and final record, The Fool in September.
Black Carl headlines The Crescent Ballroom's first local show with Roar and Captain Squeegee. 21+ tickets are $8-10.
