After a quiet few months from the Phoenix Warehouse Project, following the promoter’s successful first-ever clockwise 360-set-debut with hard techno artist Nico Moreno, the venue is bringing back the immersive experience again this summer, exploring another spectrum of the EDM umbrella.

Chase & Status, a drum & bass duo based in England and one of the most well-recognized artists in the D’n’B genre, are hitting Arizona on Saturday, June 21, at Warehouse 215. Chase & Status’ debut with the Phoenix Warehouse Project marks the hub’s first major D’n’B set and Chase & Status’s first appearance in Arizona across their twenty-two-year DJ career.

The U.K. duo has established itself internationally through their hits “Baadadaan” and “Backbone,” both of which have been highly sampled by several dubstep and D’n’B artists. They have also produced tracks for mainstream artists such as Kanye West (“Fade”), Rihanna (“Jump”), and Rita Ora (“R.I.P.”), among others.

The announcement was posted on social media on Thursday, May 8, by the Phoenix Warehouse Project and by promoters Relentless Beats and Aftershock Bass.

Followers of both pages expressed their utmost excitement for the event, with some calling it the best event the Warehouse Project had debuted this year. One fan wrote on Phoenix Warehouse Project’s IG post announcing the show, “I have died and gone to heaven,” while another comment thread included several fans who said they’ve been “waiting for this.”

Like all Phoenix Warehouse Project events, a percentage of ticket sales will support a local charity. The portion used from Chase & Status’ set will go to support Rosie’s House, a non-profit organization focused on improving diversity and inclusion in music education.

The Event is 18+. Tickets start at $67 and are available through the venue's website.
