Some nights are destined to be great. Above & Beyond had a fantastic evening in the cards on Friday, January 20 when the British trance trio performed at Axis/Radius in Scottsdale. The group was recently ranked #5 on DJ Magazine’s list of the top 100 DJs, falling behind the likes of David Guetta, Tiesto, and Deadmau5.
Scottsdale took notice and packed into Axis/Radius. Case in point, this was the closest I could get to Above & Beyond.
That didn’t stop clubgoers from dancing the night away, even if it was uncomfortable at times. I have bruises just from trying to navigate the crowd, but the music was good and the audience was good looking, so I can’t complain too much.
