The mind of Bryce “Decade” Tieman would be a trippy place to visit. Based on the otherworldly electronica audioscapes he’s uploaded to SoundCloud, it’s likely that the head of the local EDM aficionado is filled with a fantastic and fanciful array of colors, lights, and sounds. You’ll probably witness a similarly imaginative milieu at Decades of Light on Friday, November 4, at District 8, 20 South 25th Street, as he’ll present an all-out assault on the senses at this electronic music extravaganza, where swirls of electro, techno, and house will be complemented by a storm of colored lights. Besides performances by Tieman and locals like DJ MadMax, the lineup includes gigs by Nightmare, DuLectro Thugs, Pacman, and the duo of Chris Romero and Setzer (collectively known as Bromance). Doors open at 8 p.m. Admission is $10 before 10 p.m. and $15 thereafter. Call 480-442-8005.
