Halt your plans to visit Chandler tonight to catch Diddy Dirty Money at Ovations Live! Showroom, the new project hip-hop mogul Sean "P. Diddy" Combs is touring with. According to a Tweet from the man himself (and confirmed by his publicist), Diddy won't be able to make the show tonight:
A series of Tweets from @IAMDIDDY spell out the story:
One hour ago:
i guess i pushed it too far because i literally cant get outta bed. im sorry phoenix-i regretfully have to cancel the show. im so sorry.
58 minutes ago:
yall dont know how sorry i am-ive never been this sick in my life-refund information will be posted on diddydirtymoney.com later today
14 minutes ago:
again im sorry. going back to bed now to fight this flu. fuck!
Turns out Bad Boy can, and occasionally will, stop.
The cancellation is upsetting for a number of reasons. One, Last Train to Paris was actually pretty awesome, and, two, it's a well-publicized fact that Diddy has personal assistants who carry him everywhere he goes, so this getting out of bed thing shouldn't be so difficult.
According to the folks at Ovations Live! Showroom, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund at point of purchase and get into the upcoming Sinbad show for free, to boot:
Sean "Diddy" Combs has cancelled his scheduled performance of the Diddy Dirty Money Tour at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino. Diddy is experiencing flu-like symptoms and regretfully will be unable to perform tonight's scheduled concert at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino as he released in a statement on Twitter.
Additionally, Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino will provide two complimentary tickets for each purchaser to enjoy the upcoming Sinbad Live Concert that will take place on Sunday, May 15th at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in the Ovations LIVE! Showroom. To receive a refund for purchased show tickets and two complimentary Sinbad tickets for each purchaser, please bring your Diddy Dirty Money ticket to the box office at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino.
Here's hoping Poppa Diddy Puff can get over whatever is ailing him. Perhaps some good-ass sugar cookies, Cambodian breast milk, and a nice long nap are in order. "We'll be Missing You" tonight, Diddy.
