If you're feeling the need to bump your hump to some hip-hop, R&B, or Top 40 dance jams, a few off-the-hook urban dance parties will be happening over the next 48 hours that you'll definitely wanna check out. The Bay Area's DJ Swift Rock will be hanging and banging over at Club Red, 2155 East University Drive in Tempe, on Thursday, December 18, spinning hip-hop and soul during the weekly Blunt Club throwdown. Residents Pickster One and Element will also be working the wax. The records roll at 9 p.m. with a $5 cover. Visit www.myspace.com/bluntclub. The next night, Sugabear and DJ Chris Villa from 101.5 Jamz will be hosting the 17-and-over WinterFresh affair on Friday, December 19, at the Marquee Theatre, 730 North Mill Avenue in Tempe.
