$10,000

The weather’s finally warmed up and spring is about to make its official debut in mere days. Sounds like the perfect time to get your ass outta the house and into the great outdoors. The members of the Ministry of EDM will celebrate the start of the season with a daylong Elation Nation hootenanny on Saturday, March 20. Amid the high desert gorgeousness of Papago Park, 625 North Galvin Parkway, this beats-and-barbecue bash features such DJs as Ender Vauden, Ricardo Garcia, and Brian Mann firing out a variety of house and trance tracks while hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken are cooked up for hungry revelers. The spinning starts at 11 a.m. and admission is $10 without food, $15-$20 with food included. See www.ministryofedm.com.
