Will you step up to support New Times this year?
We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
Johnny’s daughter Rosanne Cash plays a week later, on Friday, March 26. Her latest record, The List, comes from a list of classic songs her father gave her at age 18.
Elvis Costello comes on Friday, April 9 but beware, tickets are not cheap. Let’s hope the $58 gets you plenty of old school stuff.
On Saturday, May 1, Lavay Smith & Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers play. Smith is known for “pin-up glamour and sultry vocals reminiscent of the great Billie Holiday.” Celtic band Solas & Bearfoot play Saturday, May 8.
Tickets for the shows go on sale tomorrow here.
