ABC TV is getting a dose of Arizona rock and roll tonight when Gin Blossoms and Blues Traveler join forces for a special performance.
Beyond just wanting to get together and deliver rock and roll as a team effort, the performance, as noted in Broadway World, preps music fans for the upcoming summer tour, where the two acts will co-headline.
The tour kicks off on July 4 at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. So far, the tour doesn’t have an Arizona stop, but it comes pretty close to the state with some California dates, including San Diego and Costa Mesa shows. Another ’90s favorite act, The Spin Doctors, will also be on the bill for many of the shows that have been announced.
