We just got an update on Jerry Riopelle’s New Year’s Eve show that might of interest to anyone heading down to the Celebrity Theatre on the 31st for his annual concert. The local legend will be releasing a new CD on New Year’s Eve, a re-mastered version of his live record called In the Round. The show is 30 years old, recorded at Celebrity in 1978 and re-released with bonus tracks and a DVD of a concert in 1980 at Mesa Amphitheatre. The re-release is called In the Round-Deluxe.
Also, it was announced that Bob Meighan and The Motion are opening the show. –Martin Cizmar
