Miley Cyrus decided to have a little fun not long after her 18th birthday. She was caught on video smoking out of a bong, according to TMZ.

First of all, this absolutely made my day even though Miley was only smoking salvia, a natural herb that is legal in the state of California. The party that was recorded took place in her Los Angeles area home.

Glad to see you're finally teaching yourself to live a little, Miley. See? You don't have to dress tastelessly to have fun.
