Mortgage Matchup Center hosts much more than Phoenix Mercury and Phoenix Suns games. It’s a downtown destination for concerts multiple nights every week. On November 18 and 19, the venue welcomes the return of pop icon Billie Eilish and her Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour.
The singer is touring in support of her third studio release, “Hit Me Hard and Soft,” which came out in April 2024. It might only be her third record, but this tour is her seventh as a headliner, and it has featured several different supporting acts. Finneas was among those who have opened some shows, as well as The Marias, Young Miko, Lola Young and Magdalena Bay. These two Phoenix shows will see Lucy Dacus kicking off each night.

For the quickest entry into the arena, we encourage fans to leave bags at home. Small clutches, crossbody bags and clear bags are permitted. Purses, medical bags and diaper bags are allowed as long as they meet the NBA bag-size requirements of 14” x 14” x 6” but will be subject to additional screening. Standard backpacks are not permitted inside the arena. Guests with no bags or clutches smaller than 4″ x 6″ can use Evolv express entry lanes (Strongly recommend for quickest entry). What items are prohibited at Mortgage Matchup Center?
- Backpacks (except single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements and media backpacks that have been screened at the media entrance. Purses and diaper bags that, while having the appearance of backpacks, will be allowed provided that they meet the 14″x14″x6″ size requirements.
- Banners must be flame-retardant, hand-held, and not cause disturbance to other guests.
- Bottles, cans and coolers (sealed water bottles permitted but may be prohibited for select events. Children’s items such as baby bottles, formula, etc., will be allowed.
- Professional cameras, video and recording devices – including GoPros & Google glasses. *The use of still cameras during concerts and other non-SUNS/MERCURY/RATTLERS events will be determined on an event-by-event basis. More details in Visitor Guide A-Z under video recorders.
- Fireworks.
- Illegal substances.
- Any item an arena deems, in its discretion, to be dangerous.
- Laser pointers.
- Outside food and beverages.
- Whistles, horns, foghorns, airhorns, plastic horns (such as vuvuzelas and didgeridoos) or other noise makers.
- Weapons of any kind, including knives of any size and mace/pepper spray
- Computers and laptops.
- Tablets that are 8″ or smaller are allowed for sporting events, but prohibited during concerts/events.
- Halloween-style masks cannot be worn upon entry and in concourses, but will be permitted when the guest is in a seat.
- Selfie sticks.
- Drones.
- Offensive clothing or masks.
Management reserves the right to amend the above policy without notice, depending on individual event restrictions. In addition, Management reserves the right to restrict any article not specifically listed above.
Can I bring a water bottle?
Reusable water bottles will be allowed in the building but must be empty upon entry, clear plastic or thin recyclable, and no larger than 32 oz. Water refilling locations will be available inside the venue at sections 107 and 217.
Where can I find Billie Eilish’s Reverb Eco-Action Village?
The Billie Eilish Reverb Eco-Village will be set up on the concourse at section 108. Fans can participate in the tour’s sustainability efforts, connect with nonprofits, and take meaningful action for both people and the planet.
