You may know Hassan Emilio Kabande Laija as Peso Pluma, the raspy-voiced Mexican singer and rapper who’s been a chart-topping success since he hit the scene in 2020.
He’s now part of the lineup at the two-day Belicofest, a celebration of Mexican music and culture, on November 8 and 9 at Wild Horse Pass Festival Grounds. The stages will feature back-to-back Latin artists, from global hitmakers to world-famous headliners, both days, starting at 2 p.m.
The entertainment and excitement that the diverse roster of bands is bringing will be enhanced by what festival hosts are calling “mind-blowing pyrotechnics and a fire show.”

Beyond the packed musical lineup each day, the festival gets bigger with Mexican food trucks, Lucha Libre in an open-air wrestling ring and a selection of amusement rides.
When you’re not soaking up sounds or watching eye-popping fireworks, you can wander around El Tianguis. The open-air market will be filled with a variety of food options and booths full of merchandise that you can take home to commemorate the electric party.
Various options for passes are available on the event’s website and are all available for payment plans.
General admission day passes are $152.59 with fees and get you a view of the main stage, access to bars if you’re 21 and older, access to food trucks, vendors and sponsored activations. VIP one-day passes are $250.07 with fees and get you the GA amenities and some extras like access to a premium view of the main stage, a private bar where you can buy drinks, express entry and dedicated restrooms. Any festival attendee knows how priceless that latter amenity can be. Beyond the VIP passes, a couple more premium packages are available.
After parties and hotel packages are also listed on the event site.
