A word to the wise: you might want to warn your family that you could be feeling a bit “out of sorts” or “under the weather” at the annual Thanksgiving gathering — or maybe even the entire weekend.

Why? Because Thanksgiving Eve, one of the busiest drinking and partying nights of the year, is happening on Wednesday.

As such, many nightspots, bars and venues across the Valley have celebrations planned in honor of the occasion, including concerts, dance nights, parties and other events.

Here's a look at some of the most notable nightlife and music events on Wednesday, Nov. 27, in metro Phoenix.
